Winter vibes with snowmen

Hello everybody,

Christmas is coming and it seems we're not going to have any snow for it.

We had snow last week, but after two rainy days it's almost gone.

That's why I used some snow on my next Christmas card. I used embossing powder for snow effect and then put three cute snowmen on top.

It's yet again simple card, but those are my favorites :)

Christmas sock #2

Hello everyone!

How have you been?
Here it's winter time with quite some snow and low temperatures.

Last two days I have been in bed with fever, but am feeling better today, so, I have decided to do a card or two.

And again I made a Christmas sock - this time a little different than last time. Hope you like this one :)

Another snowman

Good evening to all! 


It's snowing here and now it feels like winter!

Few days ago I made another snowman Christmas card and it's time for me to show it to you :) 

It's simple, small and not in square shape :) 

Inside I used a stamp with statement on paper like I used on first page. 

I am going to apply this card to next challenges:

Christmas sock

 Hello everybody :) 

Today, on this grey Saturday morning, I took some time for me and made one lovely, Christmas card in shape of a sock :)

I found a template in one magazine a while ago, but forget that I have it. Today I was cleaning my desk and I found the template :) Here is what it came out :)

I like the sock a lot and for sure it's not my last one :)

The stamp at the top says "Full sock of best wishes" and it's on the right spot :)

Snowman #2

Hello again :)

This is my second post today :)
As I said in the morning, I made two cards yesterday and here is the second one :)

I made another card with Snowman :)

I am a bit limited with my supplies, so I am trying my best to do cute cards :)

 

I used embossing powder for backgound, cut paper, glue the snowman on and I add one jingle bell :)
In the end, it came out as a lovely Christmas card :)

2. The crafty pad - It's beginning to looka lot like Christmas

Mailbox

Good Sunday morning to all!

Before will start ironing (something I don't like to do), I've decided to write few lines and post one of two Christmas cards I made yesterday.

This card is simple, but I kind of like it...

I used Crafter's companion Noel stamp, cut it around, coloured it and clue it on light blue background paper.

On paper I stamp one of Vladka's stamp and used 3D foams :)

For snow effect I used embossing powder and this is the result :)

I made silver envelope and so the card is ready to be send :)

Snowman

Hello everybody!

Today I made a snowman card. I used Cottage cuts for the first time and I love it.

I used blue card and cut out the landscape. I used hot embossing for snow effect :) On small snowflakes I put a little gems.
I cut two snowmen and used 3D pads to put him together.

For the end used a lovely winter stamp that I bought from Vladka

Card is simple, but cute.

Christmas workshop #3

Hello!
 
Today we are celebrating Reformation day, which means NO work for us today :)
Tomorrow we have All Saints day, so another day free of work too :)
It's great to have two days off :) Woohoo!!!
 
Today we're going to Vienna, Austria by car to pick up my Estonian friend :) She is coming to Slovenia for one week holidays and I'm really excited seeing her :)
We're going to have a good time together :)
 
But before I'll get ready, here is another post with another, cute Christmas card we made last Friday at Christmas workshop :)
 

I really like this snowman, though I couldn't decided which of three cards is my favorite one. I love them all and I had lots of fun making them all :)

Christmas workshop #2

Hello everyone!

I was really happy to see I had 50 view of my last post in two days :D
That made me very happy!

Today will post the second Christmas card we made on Friday at the workshop.

This one is also a simple card, but with quite some glitter and gems :) I like it!

Christmas workshop

Hello everyone :)

 

Last Friday I went to Christmas workshop that was organized by Marina, who has her own on line shop - you can find it on this link: http://www.mavelu.com/ 

 

We made 3 wonderful Christmas cards and learned many new things - at least I did it.

3 hours passed by really quickly and I could easily stay another hour or two :)

I will show you in coming days all three cards we made :)

And I will enter some challenges with some as well :)

Here is the first card I will show you.

We used the set Partridge & A Pear Tree Cut, pearls, distress ink and a stamp for lovely vintage background.

I love this card a lot. It's simple, but elegant :)
